The pen is handmade from Goncalo Alves, also known as Tigerwood or Jobillo. The color of the wood is a medium reddish brown with irregularly spaced streaks of dark brown to black and grows in Central and South America primarily from Mexico south to Brazil. The pen hardware is gun metal plated with a black center band stripe.
