The pen is handmade from Pink Ivory, also known as Red Ivorywood. The color of the wood can be highly varied ranging from a pale brownish pink to a bright, almost neon, pink to a deep red and grows in Southern Africa. The pen hardware is satin plated with a black center band stripe.
