The pen is handmade from Satin Walnut also known as
Sweetgum, Redgum, or Sapgum. The color of the wood can be highly varied ranging from whitish/light pink to tan/reddish brown usually with contrasting darker black streaks and grows in the Southeastern United States. The pen hardware is chrome plated.
